На верхней панели жмёшь "Help" затем "Quick Reference". Получаешь такой вот документ. К сожалению я очень плохо перевожу с английского, но при желании сможешь сам это сделать (тем более, что всё и не нужно). Можно и путём проб найти нужные комбинации, главное - есть их список:
Enter New paragraph
Tab New character cue / transition out paragraph
For scene headers, type int. or ext. on a blank line (no need for caps-lock).
For dialogue, press Tab, type the speaker's name, then press Enter to start writing dialogue.
For parentheticals within dialogue, there's no need to press Tab or Enter -- just type an opening parenthesis, followed by the text of the parenthetical, followed by a closing parenthesis.
For transitions out (such as CUT TO
, press Tab twice.
To change the type of an existing paragraph, make a selection in the "drop-down box" at the top of the screen, or right-click on the paragraph and select "Convert to".

Delete Delete character beneath cursor
Backspace Delete character to the left of the cursor
When the cursor is at the start of a paragraph, Backspace joins the paragraph to the one above it.
When the cursor is at the end of a paragraph, Delete joins the paragraph to the one beneath it.

Shift+Enter Force line break (rarely needed)

The Undo and Redo commands are frequently overlooked yet very useful.
Selecting Text
To select a range of text, hold down the shift key while manipulating the cursor keys, or click and drag with the mouse.
Ctrl+B Make selection bold
Ctrl+U Underline selection
Ctrl+X Cut - Remove selection from script and store in clipboard.
Ctrl+C Copy - Store copy of selection in clipboard.
Ctrl+V Paste - Insert clipboard contents into script.
When text is selected, press Delete to delete the entire selection.
To unselect text, press Esc or any of the cursor keys, or click anywhere within the edit window.
Selected text can be relocated by clicking on the selection and holding down the mouse button, then dragging the selection to its new location.
